Directions: STEP 1: Mix 1 tsp. of DETOXIFY in a small amount of water before bed each night.
                    STEP 2: Mix 1 tsp of RENEW in a small amount of water first thing in the morning.

NOTE: Capsulated ( Tablet) form is available for Detoxify. All capsules are encapsulated to order using pure vegetable capsules and no fillers. The product total for encapsulated volume is 70grams / 7 x 1000mg capsules step one and 70grams / 7 x 1000mg capsules step two.
