PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from activelynourish.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

REFUND POLICY

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

 

A refund of clinical consultation is unable to be returned at change of mind or circumstances after the consultation has been conducted and plan implementation has already commenced. This includes the commencement of pathology and all reports. 

Please email your request to return your product to activelynoutish@outlook.com and we will provide the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to us. Returned product(s) must be received within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

 

Customer and Client conduct policy: Actively Nourish expresses the right to cease supply or working with clients / customers immediately without warning if the following codes of conduct have been breeched:

- Client or customer shall not become abusive or conduct any behaviour at which would place any member within the Actively Nourish Team at risk of both physical or Emotional damage. We maintain a Zero commitment to protecting the physical and emotional states of our company employees.

Legal action can and will be taken against any client or customer that breaks the law, is partaking in harassment, physical or mental violence or defamation of the company Actively Nourish and all it’s inclusive employees.

Australian Shipping

All parcels will be delivered via Australian post (dropped at your letterbox or door as per your request).

Australia Express Shipping 2-5 business days (for most metro areas) 

Australia Standard Shipping 5-10 business days (for most metro areas)

Order Delivery times are provided as a guide only and once shipped our reliance is on the service provider. As we are a rural business, additional delivery time needs to be taken into consideration. If you have any issues please contact us at activelynourish@outlook.com and we will help to resolve delivery issues.

International Shipping

Please note at this stage Actively Nourish do not ship internationally.

Lost/stolen packages

Actively Nourish does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with Australia Post to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.

Subscription Terms and conditions.

By submitting a subscription order you agree to a minimum subscription period of 2 orders. If customers are found to abuse the subscription order options Actively Nourish expresses the right to cease supply of products in the future. By purchasing, you the customer are agreeing to understanding and have read these conditions as a legal financial agreement. Any breach within the subscription agreement may involve Actively Nourish in taking action to fulfil agreement terms. Any subscription management our office conducts will occur a fee for time. Customers are able to manage their own subscriptions via the email and account details they are provided with at time of subscription agreement. If a customer would like to cancel their subscription prior to fulfilment of next order a minimum of 14 days notice must be given.
