Hydrate Pro Dosage
Consume 60g (approximately 1.5 scoops) of Electrolyte+ before or during training. An extra dose should be taken during each additional hour of intensive exercise.
Directions
Combine powder with 500ml of liquid, or with more/less dilution to alter the flavour intensity. Ensure adequate water is consumed with this product to reduce the risk of stomach discomfort.
